Effortlessly collect training data

Sometimes, historical data is not rich or detailed enough to train a model on. This is why many AI projects start with a labeling task. For text this means showing the model what documents belong to what type and where to find the information we want to extract.

If enough data has been labeled, we have a basis for classification and entity extraction.

Automatically extract all relevant information

Classification is the technology that will divide your documents into types. For example if an incoming email is a product order, or a complaint.

Based on this type, relevant data can be extracted. For example: from an order we want to extract the product, and from a complaint we might want to extract the department.

Both for classification and entity extraction, Klassif.ai offers a set of architectures to choose from, as well as pre-trained weights. If your use case needs more a more experimental architecture, we can develop this for you.

Closely monitor the performance

Just like a mature software project needs versioning and logging, so does a machine learning model! Klassif.ai provides a model history, along with statistics that show you the model’s performance on real, unseen data.

  1. Version your models, and roll back if needed!
  2. Evaluate your models by browsing statistics, and inspecting the model’s mistakes on the test set.
  3. Monitor the model’s performance in production by inspecting the activity log and the model’s decisions. Correct them to improve the model.
