Product Lead

We're looking for a Product Lead that will be responsible for developing the product vision and delivering on the feature roadmap.

The Product Lead will be responsible for developing the product vision and delivering on the feature roadmap. You will be overseeing planning and execution for the product team. You will collaborate closely with the Tech Lead and the development team to deliver a remarkable product. As an early member of our fast-growing team, you will also have the opportunity to shape emerging product processes and structures and help define the product roadmap.


  • Evaluate the current buildout of the platform to inform future versions. You will need to develop a product vision (conviction about where things are going in the future, make the hard calls about what to eliminate, etc.) and strive to make something truly remarkable. You can think about it not just as eliminating customer pain but actually creating customer delight.
  • Perform interviews with current and potential customers to add additional product specs and features. Understand the customer and the market deeply — this means user studies; you have to go talk to the users every week and spend a lot of time with them to hear their pains and get inside their heads.
  • Improve and become the owner of our current product roadmap, defining key goals and dates for product releases. The product manager is responsible for prioritizing and communicating the product roadmap to the team. Not as a top-down dictator but as a consensus builder amongst all the stakeholders, breaking a tie when necessary.
  • Lead product launches, coordinating with all parties involved. You need to be a communication hub when building consensus internally on priorities/roadmap and externally communicating changes to customers. Users need to see that the product is continually improving by hearing about it from you.
  • Prioritize new feature requests and allocate resources to implement them as efficiently as possible.
  • Measure key performance with platform usage and have an analytics-first mindset to inform of any product improvements.
  • Be responsible for building out the product team.
  • Conduct market research supported by ongoing communication with customers and non-customers.


  • Product management leadership experience at a tech company.
  • Experience in enterprise software development.
  • Interest in the AI industry
  • ​​Have the intellectual capability to analyze new opportunities in the market.
  • Highly numerate with data analysis skills.
  • Strong presence and an ability to interface with senior executives
  • Ability to thrive in a start-up environment: a self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity
  • Previous experience as product owner, project manager, business analyst, or product manager
  • A passion for understanding technology products and customer needs and a keen eye for detail
  • Experience with process automation
  • Experience with Agile methodologies, product backlog management, and story mapping
  • Worked in a multicultural and diverse environment
  • Hands-on, can-do spirit, and a great ability to prioritize and multitask
